For the first 2 to 4 weeks of treatment, use the shampoo every 3 to 4 days. This will clear the initial bout of dandruff. To prevent any further flare-ups, continue to use the shampoo once every 1 to 2 weeks. Take care not to use more often than directed.

This shampoo can cause sensitivity to sunlight so you should avoid long sun exposure or the use of heat lamps (like sunbeds) while on this treatment. This product can stain the skin and clothes so take care with it.
